She made approximately 12 muddling cocktail. During the service was of course, hectic. However She had done great job, although most of ingredients for muddling cocktail ran out at nealy end of the service and few customers had to wait. I suppose she wisely avoid the problem by conversation... I was busy, so not sure though.
